Sigue estos pasos:

① Activa la función Wi-Fi en tu dispositivo.
② Conecta tu teléfono a la red Wi-Fi de tu dispositivo.
③ Una vez conectado, vuelve a la página de inicio de la aplicación. Tu dispositivo aparecerá en la lista de dispositivos, lo que confirma que la conexión se ha establecido correctamente.

Sigue estos pasos:

① Conecta tu dispositivo a la aplicación.
② Ve a Galería → Dispositivo.
③ Selecciona las imágenes o los vídeos y pulsa el botón «Descargar» para guardarlos en el álbum local de la aplicación. A continuación, pulsa el botón «Guardar» para guardarlos en tu teléfono y pulsa el botón «Compartir» para compartirlos.

Battery life can decrease when power-intensive features, such as the laser rangefinder, are used while the battery is already low.
Try using a fully charged battery or disable unnecessary high-power functions when possible. If the battery no longer provides normal operating time after repeated charging, it may have reached the end of its service life and should be replaced.
For devices with built-in batteries, please contact our service center for battery replacement.

If the thermal sensor has been exposed to direct sunlight, lasers, high-temperature flames, or other intense heat sources while operating, image burn-in or ghosting may occur.
Turn off the device immediately and leave it powered off for approximately 72 hours before turning it back on. Minor image retention may recover naturally, while severe damage may require professional servicing.

Over time, individual pixels in the infrared detector may respond differently, causing fixed bright or dark spots to appear on the image.
Most models include a Bad Pixel Correction (BPC) function that can recalibrate the detector and reduce these image artifacts. If the issue remains after calibration, please contact customer support.

GPS reception may be limited when the device is used indoors or in areas with significant overhead obstruction.
For the best performance, use the device outdoors in an open area with a clear view of the sky.

The laser rangefinder may not activate if the battery level is too low.
Before using this feature, make sure the internal battery is above 20% or the external battery is above 50%. Recharge or replace the battery if necessary.

If the image appears blurry, first adjust the focus manually or use the autofocus function (if available).
Also inspect the infrared objective lens for fingerprints, dust, or moisture. Clean the lens gently with a soft microfiber cloth designed for optical equipment. Never use abrasive materials or corrosive cleaning solutions.
If image quality does not improve and the lens coating appears damaged, professional service may be required.

OTA updates may fail if the wireless connection is unstable, the battery level is too low, or the device does not have enough available storage.
Before updating, ensure the Wi-Fi connection is stable, the battery is sufficiently charged, and enough storage space is available. Then try the update again.
